The top handle broke. Ripped right out. Didn’t even last a year! I should be able to get a refund or a replacement at no charge!

Not a good quality Moto backpack
This is probably the most overpriced overhyped backpack. First off the straps are no where near the length or build quality compared to similar ones available.The only thing that sets this bag apart is the USB port option and the provided USB port but that pales in comparison when you look at the build of this bag.The armor is only on the front of the bag, not on the sides. So if your carrying a 13 inch laptop along with other items, chances are the side impact will damage it.It is big enough to hold items but not durable at all for Moto riding.Very disappointed with this and what I paid for.
