Yes. I have exact same mobo. I did not even bother to use fenvi site to download driver/install packages. Downloaded AX200 drivers Wifi and BT from Intel website, and worked perfectly fine with airpods and my mesh WiFi router.

Will it work with 10th generation intel cpu and asrock h470m-hdv/m.2 board?

I would not recommend this product. Two of the three I purchased quit working within 90-days and have been replaced.

How long are the antenna cables? i'm trying to run this up to the i/o plate on asrock phantom 4.

The cables on mine are about 35 cm long or about 13.75 inches. Should be more than enough to span from the WiFi key slot on your MoBo to any part of the main I/O plate.

Would this card fit m.2 slot on asrock x570m pro4 motherboard (micro atx)? i am worried about the heatsink.

That is exactly the same motherboard I used it on. Rev. 2.0. The heatsink fits fine. I had to remove the antennae from the bracket to attach them to the I/O shield. It is a bit flimsy attached to the I/O shield and I haven't decided what I am going to do about that yet. It is fine attached to the I/O shield as it is if you don't move the computer around with the USB cords still attached as I do sometimes. The wires tuck nicely away in the heatsink on the MB by the I/O shield. This thing is perfect for this MB. It works great both Bluetooth and wireless 2.5 or 5.0 so get this!
