Hi. I've just examined the ingredients label. It does contain soy sauce, and the 4th. constituent of the soy sauce is wheat flour, so strictly speaking, it is not gluten free, but the real amount of wheat flour must be very small indeed. Before anyone asks about peanuts, it's got 19% of those!! I hope that helps. Jimmy's is unique and gorgeous. I always add it, at the end, to my chicken and veg stir fry. Marvellous. A

How long does it last once opened, should it be refrigerated?

Hi, it lasts for a long time if you keep it in the fridge after opened. It is contained in a oil which still keeps it moist.
