Vinamit Soft Dried Soursop Fruit 3.5 oz, Sweet-Tart Tropical Fruit Snacks

3.5oz wish the seeds didn’t count as part of the weight and that it wasn’t So Sweet! Honestly was expecting the size to be more chunky. The Soursop had a natural flavor and odor of freshness when I opened the bag. You definitely have to read the label as the size is not what you expect. Could I have bought a fresh soursop from the market at a lower price yes but for a quick grab out of your purse or lunchbox on an Excessive Heat Day it’s worth the purchase.

Smell might not be pleasant at first when opening the bag. Smell is very similar to dried cranberries and funky at the same time. But don’t forget it is in a plastic bag. After reopening the bag that funky smell went away. Taste is sweet not bitter at all. Easy to chew, taste is close to a cranberry but more sweet. Texture is very soft, easy to bite and chew some what similar to a soft crunchy apple. Great quality lots of big pieces.

Delicious, soft and chewy treat! The dried soursop portions are very sweet and somewhat difficult to separate from the seeds. Careful not to swallow or bite into the large seeds that are not obvious at first. Although the portion is very small, the concentrated sweetness warrants only a few bites to satisfy my craving for the flavor of fresh soursop. The flavor of the dried soursop is similar to the fresh fuit despite the added sugar. This is definitely not a sugar-free item! I appreciate not tasting or experiencing any allergic reaction to whatever preservatives were used (none was listed). Only three ingredients, cane sugar, soursop, and salt. The quality is ok, but I probably would not buy again due to the small portion and seed ratio. There is no chemical taste. The resealable package keeps the soursop fresh and moist.

Chewy but not too chewy, sweet but not too sweet… almost as good as the fresh fruit!

I’m giving this 5 stars. I track my macros very consistently, and sometimes after a meal I just want a little something sweet. Instead of reaching for chocolate (which usually has a lot of fat and can blow my macros), these dried soursop pieces are the perfect solution. I love soursop—I grew up in Peru, so I’m very familiar with it. In the Northeast U.S. it’s hard to find fresh, and when I do find it (usually at an Asian market), it’s expensive and goes bad quickly. With this bag, I can grab one small piece and it satisfies my sweet craving without overdoing it. For example, today I weighed one piece and it was about 7 grams, and it was enough to “hit the spot” for dessert. What I really like is that it tastes natural and doesn’t seem overly processed. It’s basically just dried fruit—no candy-like coating. Pros • Great for post-meal cravings without derailing macros • Delicious real soursop flavor • Convenient and shelf-stable (no worrying about it going bad fast) • Tastes natural, not overly sweetened Small con (still 5 stars for me): • A few pieces may have seeds/pits, so you do need to chew carefully Overall, if you love soursop or want a cleaner “sweet finish” after meals, this is a thumbs up.

These Vinamit soft dried soursop are very sweet and are the real soursop fruit. You can find a few of the soursop seeds in them as you chew the fruit. Some people might have a problem with the very high sugary taste, but I love it because it is the real dried up soursop fruit.

Tasty snack but this is not a healthy alternative. This small bag says that it contains 3.5 servings, and each serving is 100 Calories. The bag is small, and so one serving will be too small. It's not enough. If you eat the whole bag, which is too much, that would be 300 Calories. So if you eat 2 servings, it would be 200 Calories. it's very sweet, tasty, and chewy. It contains some seeds, but not much. I do think it is overpriced, but then again, this product is coming a long way. Overall it's a nice treat.
