3 out of 20 pens were defective. Later I found out similar product at half the price at the local market in Pune. Go for it if you do not have time and patience to go to local market.

I received 20 pieces, all individually packed, for 550 rupees. Gave it out as party favours/return gifts for my kid's birthday party consisting of 7 -12 year olds. Kids were very excited with a pen with invisible ink. The pen is essentially a white color sketch pen and the cap has an LED light which makes the written material glow. Simple and very effective. And at 27.50 per piece, it was worth it.
