How long will it keep refrigerated after opening?

Indefinitely, I keep mine in my basement without refrigeration, I also buy it by the gallon, way cheaper

Is the ingredient label the same as 5 oz bottles of Tiger Sauce

Perhaps the ingredients are the same, but they are not as depicted on the side of the one gallon bottle. The 5 oz bottles contain garlic powder and that's not reflected on the ingredients list on the gallon bottle. Perhaps since 2017 the recipe changed but it's not as it looks in the photograph.
