Does this come with uh oh protection

Uh Oh Protection is a joke! They will not replace the phone and will claim any reason not to. I bought my M9 off of Amazon June 11, 2015 and shattered the screen May 7, 2016. I requested the Uh-Oh Protection to cover it and they emailed me a link that led to a $100 off code and claimed because I clicked the link, I was not eligible for replacement. Do not buy HTC based on the false advertisement. Honestly, don't buy HTC.

I have the One M8 is the M9 worth the upgrade? other then the obvious camera upgrade.

Well, I actually prefer the m8. Except that my 4-year-old m8 is really slow. That's why I upgraded and honestly my husband has a Samsung edge and his camera is still better than the m9 20mpixel which is disappointing.

Does it have warranty? will 2g,3g,4g work in argentina? why the gold version is much cheaper than the gunmetal grey one?

Yes it will work in Argentina with all 2g,3g 4g LTE ,the gold has same specs as gun metal , the one I am selling has 128GB free and 32GB internal memory .Comes with all accessories .
