Why can't it be used on a radiator (as per the answer to previous question)?

Because when the radiator heats up they peal off

Can it be used on a wall corner?

I don’t see why not, double sided tape comes with the foam It’s very sticky, I think it would stick to an indoor wall no problem, if you needed it for an outside wall you may have to use a specific double sided tape or glue

How do you remove the adhesive residue left over once the foam is removed?

If you need to remove the double-sided tape, you can dry it with a hair dryer (about 3 minutes) to make it easier to remove. Then wipe it clean with a damp towel.

Would this stick around thr neck of a dog cone as my dog has just had an operation

I think so, you might have to use extra double sided tape to ensure it sticks on the edge
