How do you clean enema bulb?

I use warm water and peroxide and rinse well with the solution several times the with just hot water several times. I turn the bulb upside down to air dry for 2 days.

How and what do you use to thoroughly clean this?

I use hot water at first. Then I use medical grade peroxide to let set inside bulb for 3mins and then squeeze out. Then swish thoroughly several times with hot water.

How often do you use it?

As long as you're only using water with it, you can use it as often as you'd like

How do you get inside the bulb dry?

Inside the bulb will dry on its own when not in use.
