NATRIA Grass and Weed Control with Root Killer, Concentrate, 32 oz, 600 SQ FT

Im very anti round-up due to how horrible it is for the environment and its serious cancerous effects. This stuff is so much better - largely a natural product and it’s targeted to whatever you spray it directly on. Does a great job on most weeds, some particularly hardy ones need a second application like pokeweed and periwinkle. It’s not perfect but it’s way safer and I’d personally much rather use this. Image is of about 4 days after application, you can see where it did a great job and where you either need to pull or reapply.

We used this to clean out Poison Ivy which was spreading through the fence from the neighbor's yard. Spray cleaned out the ivy pretty quickly, including the source from the other side of the fence. Sprayed a second covering 8days later to make sure. Keep in mind that this will also clean out the grass and other plants that the Poison Ivy is growing through and over. A small price to pay to get rid of the problem!

This product is not a systemic herbicide so it will not kill roots below the ground. It only kills surface weeds. You can see weed decline within 24 hours. But it’s not gonna kill the entire weed. May need second reapplication.

After reading so much bad press about roundup, I went with this product. It works well and kills grasses weeds etc. But it is not as effective as roundup. Also, my most recent order of two bottles of concentrate came without their measuring cups and the bottle seals were broken, so there had been some seepage of product inside the shipping box. Not enough product loss to worry about, but still not a good thing. UPDATE: I now realized that nearly 1/2 the bottle had leaked out. But since I used the other 1/2 of the bottle, I really don't have anything to return, so I'm not going to bother with the whole return hassle. ANOTHER UPDATE: I bough two more bottles. But now they don't come with measuring cup any more. Glad I held onto the cup from a prior purchase. Annoying. Would take 1/2 star off if I could...

Let me tell you, this is the BEST, FASTEST, GUARENTEED product on the market. You can actually see this product work right before your eye, anything no matter what size it kills it to the root in minutes. I have a large court yard with 4-6 patio blocks for years every week sometimes twice a week spraying weeds pulling them, even after spraying a weed waiting a week for it to die, another grows in the middle of the dead one. I've used this new product within minutes they died and haven't had to spray in over two weeks NOTHING has grown back. Its unbelievable how great this product is even killed 4 ft tall weeds, and small trees dead, never to come back.

Bought this to get rid of weeds and grass bordering my fence, and it worked within 24 hours! It's kind of tricky to mix with water, you just have to be careful not to spill any while mixing and have a good spray container to use (and mix it in).

Natria states that this both kills and does not harm most grasses. I went to their web site, contacted them twice and asked for clarification on whether or not it is selective for weeds or just kills everything. No response. So tried it out. Killed grass for sure, knocked back the weeds and killed some. Very expensive product for sketchy results. Also the directions for mixing are vague. Instructions state "mix 24 oz with 120oz water" — none of which is helpful since Natria doesn't come in a 24oz size AND what standard size does 120oz water represent (a gallon constitutes 128 oz). So, you have to do the math: about 1:5. Overall this company is very lazy about their info, customer response, performance claims, results, etc. Fiesta is a competitor that doesn't make you jump thru all these hoops, is reported to have superior performance, is all natural (and doesn't disguise ingredients), answers emails, etc. Only problem is that is harder to find but can be ordered on Amazon (with high shipping costs built into the pricing). Happy that you are looking to find a more environmentally friendly weed killer - good for you/good for the rest of us. Anything is better than 2-4D!!! Keep looking is my advice, avoid Natria, and check out Fiesta.

l live in central NC, which is now like central Fla. 40 yrs ago....semi-tropical. By mid-March everything is growing fast and dense. l sprayed weeds/grass coming thru gravel drive and walkways 3/20 and about 3/4 of what was sprayed is still dead and no new growth- seems to have killed to the roots. Sprayed new growth areas today on drive/walkways and on plant bed edges at noon, by 4pm there was visible withering/dying of everything sprayed. Great alternative to round-up/diquat and reasonably priced. Recommended.
