For wall mounting given set of nut washer etc not suitable.we have to purchase fastner and nut washer from market.is it available accessories for wall mounting ROCK CLIMBING

Screws are coming out of wall
Does not work , plus it cannot be returned. They should mention clearly if these are not for walls. When you am trying to put the screws are coming out. Complete waste of money and wall is also spoiled due to drilling.
