Does it come with instructions on playing ?,we want to learn this game

Mine didn't come with any instructions so I just looked online and found several videos on YouTube, plus printed out a few papers about different ways to get and the payouts. This is a great product if you are wanting to learn how to play before going to the casino.

What is the wheel made of?

Its made of plastic. Had to put some lubricant on it to make it spin better but other than that it works great and wasnt very expensive at all.

The rake is 15 inches long (38 cm)

what size balls does this kit come with

I'm not sure if they are regulation but mine came with 2 metal balls about the size of a marble
