This is a good gym mat. Very good durability, easy to cut and fit, flattened well and great looking color.

I kept getting shocked while on the treadmill, and it was recommended that I put a mat underneath. This gym equipment mat solved the problem perfectly. It’s nice and thick, doesn’t interfere with the treadmill, and provides exactly what I needed at a good price. Highly recommend for anyone with treadmill static issues.

(First review before my downstairs neighbor can confirm noise or not). My walking pad is about 5 years old and is a fold up version relatively quiet but can be vibrating on hardwood floors. To test it out when my neighbor wasn’t home, I put a glass of water near the front of the walking pad to see if it would ripple each speed I went. The highest speed is 3.7, NO ripples, no bubbles, I am floored. Very happy so far — I’ll update the review once my neighbor tells me if it’s loud or tolerable. My condo is in a 1891 Victorian condo so old house but good bones. Very pleased so far! Update: Sadly my neighbor could hear, but not a vibration noise necessarily. “Sounded like the dryer was on”. Did it do its job to decrease vibration on hardwood floors? Yes. I’ve since moved the mat onto the rug to decrease even more noise just in case. Great mat!

I am very pleased with this mat. It arrived in time and in excellent condition. It unrolled easily and had only a minimal curl at the end that had the tightest roll. I did not notice any smell or odor. I ordered this to help protect my floor and reduce some noise from my new treadmill. I easily unrolled it and maneuvered my Nordictrack onto it. As you can see from the photos, it is the perfect size. The treadmill fits both the width and the length of this mat. The mat feels like an appropriate thickness, and seems to have enough cushion without sacrificing durability. As I don't plan to use it for an exercise mat (although I certainly could), I expect that it will last a long time. For the price, I couldn't beat it. I will update my review if I have any issues, but based on my initial impressions I don't expect to have any.

Put this under my universal gym. Worked perfect.

I purchased a BalanceFrom Fitness 3' x 6.5' High Density Gym Equipment Mat after I purchased a treadmill - with my carpeting the treadmill was moving while I was on it and it was dangerous so I bought this mat. I've had it for over a year now which is why I have rated so long to give a review and it still holding its own. I don't know about the noise reduction as I live in the middle of rural Georgia and I'm hearing impaired so I can't help y'all there. However, my treadmill does not move at all now! It's stationary as it should be. I've noticed some reviews where folks said that there was an odor to the mat, but mine had a slight odor so I laid it out on my porch on a dry sunny day, aired it out and I brought it back inside. I had a friend of mine help me move the treadmill. We put the mat down and it's been there ever since - on top of a very thin carpet. I have plenty of room to maneuver, the treadmill is centered perfect fit, and the mat is thick enough and has a firm grip, and it functions exactly what I needed.

I wanted to get more active while still spending a huge amount of time at a keyboard and listening to podcasts, so I purchased this. It has worked really well so far. No assembly needed, and it's light enough for me to pick up the end without the wheels, and easily wheel it around. It does roll smoothly, so no worries about having it on hardwood floors. I did buy a pad to go under it though. I am 5'7" and worried about having to shorted my stride to walk on it, but it is mot a problem. I am going to slap together a small table top or something to rest my arms on while using the keyboard - I have zoned out while walking and found myself trying to step on the front, off the back, or way off to the side. A small table or something will help keep me centered in place (I do not have a standing desk yet). It is quiet and seems well designed and well made, not the usual from China. I am loving it so far and have no reason to think that will change as this seems to be well built.

I bought this so that i could work out on it and not damage the floor. Surpsingly it was much thicker and heavier than i expected and has quite a bit of cushion. I was a bit hesitant at first cause of the price point but so far its been great. I also saw some other reviews saying it was thin and low quality but mine doesnt seem to be the case. The mat doesnt slide around as its quite heavy, even when i move on it alot and it doesnt seem to bleed into the floor. For me it was a great purchase as it suited my needs perfectly.

La compré para colocarla debajo de una bicicleta estática. Impide cualquier tipo de movimiento indeseado y protege el suelo del agua y sudor que puedan caer mientras se está utilizando. Precio muy razonable.

Ha valido la espera. Tardaron mas de un mes en enviarlo. Eso si, estaba advertido.

Bought to protect the carpet from the use of the treadmill. Great size, the material is robust. No complaints here.
