QuliMetal 67722 Burner Tubes for Weber Genesis E310, E320, S310 & S320

Excellent, well-written instructions that i actually used. Very high quality parts that fit perfectly...AND the screws to hold the burners in, are included! I needed pliers to remove the old rusty screws and was so glad to see the brand new stainless screws. Very quick, easy install, and i took the time to scrape and clean the grill out while replacing the old parts. Did not replace the flavor bars. They just needed some scraping and cleaning with a wire brush.

The burner and flavoizer bars appear to be made of high gauge quality steel, I went 8 years on the original pieces before I needed to replace. The replacement was straight forward, the original bars were notched on one side of the outside ones and both sides on the center at the mounting slots. These are only notched in the center bar and not the end ones, this caused no fit issue and didn’t require modification by cutting a notch as other reviews had stated. I did need to bend the burner that bridges the three burners for ignition. It was only slightly less than 1/8” so the tubes fit on the orifice for the knobs fully. There was no adjustment needed on individual burners after lighting they all burned with a nice blue flame. This replacement was around $40 versus $200 on original Weber parts, money well spent and saved purchasing these.

I used this kit on my Weber Spirit E-210 with front controls. The flavorizer bars and burner tubes matched the original size closely, and the installation was pretty straightforward. After replacing the old rusty parts, the grill heated more evenly and the flames looked more stable. Good replacement set for restoring an older Spirit grill.

These parts were a perfect fit as replacements for my 10+ year old somewhat worn-out burners, which I installed after cleaning the grill box, and after which I installed new "flavorizer" bars as well. The parts appear to be identical to the originals. I did tweak the air opening to ensure that both the top and bottom were the same size, which is pretty easy via loosening the small screw holding the adjustment ring in place; most of them were in the ideal equal-size position, but one was not. The replacement process was straightforward, and is described in detail in the manual that came with the burners (which covers both 3-burner and 2-burner Spirit grills, as well as replacements for other parts, which are probably also available from this company). The manual assumes that you have a normal grill setup with the original base, but I replaced an old Napoleon built-in grill with this system's box, not using the roll-around base (not problems...the manual has some very specific instructions relating to the ignitor wire and battery holder/discharger mounted in the base, which did not apply to my installation). So far, my experience with them has been limited, but they seem to work fine. I gave it 4* vs 5* because the last time I grilled the crossover burner bar did not immediately ignite across the width for some reason, which resulted in a flash burn when I turned on the second burner, rather than an immediate smooth lighting. It worked fine for the third burner, however. I'm hoping that was a one-time issue, otherwise I'll have to do some investigating to determine what might be the cause (perhaps the crossover burner needs to be rotated a bit to ensure that it gets lit by the startup of the first burner). Very competitive pricing, but in reality it still seems to be a high-profit-margin item that does not use much stainless steel, but needs to fit the application as exactly as possible, which it does. I'm hoping that they used the right kind of stainless so that these will last until I really should replace the entire BBQ (i.e., maybe another 10+ years).

Easy install, fit perfectly and includes replacement bolts. I don't love the 2 piece design. I assume that's to save money on packaging and shipping - or raw material costs. As far as I can tell it doesn't cause an issue. No gas escapes from the joint and the steel appears to be good quality. They're also significantly cheaper than Weber OEM so it was worth the gamble. This brand is nice quality will give us more years of enjoyment out of our WEBER AT 1/3 of the cost as we purchased all the internal parts and just completed the rebuild, I would highly recommend these for yours.

They fit perfectly and were easy to install. It seems like the grill doesn’t get as hot as before and the heat distribution is somewhat more uneven but hey for $20 I can’t really complain as otherwise I would’ve had to buy a whole new grill so they get five stars for me.

I am extremely pleased with this item, especially since it was delivered overnight. I was able to install in my Weber Spirit e-330 BBQ, and everything works perfectly. I do wish that better instructions had been included, because I spent a lot of time trying to figure our how to make all of the tubes fit. The problem was that the crossfeeds on my original unit had been totally destroyed by the years of high heat, so I had no reference as to how the tubes (3 burner tubes and one searing tube plus 2 cross-feed tubes) were supposed to fit. The Weber engineers did a good job of designing a product that really only fits one way, but one detailed diagram would have saved me a couple of hours of trial and error. Anyway, the unit is back in service, and should last at least a few more years. Also, the price on Amazon was very reasonable, at about $80 for the burner components plus 2 new cast iron grills.

This is a great value kit. Everything fitted perfectly and the finish of the metalwork is really good. When you consider the price of Weber branded replacements parts this kit represents tremendous value for money. Fitting was very straightforward and the supplied instructions were very helpful.

Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu monter cet article sur mon barbecue tout simplement parce que les commandes d’ouverture de Gaz sont sur la face avant. Et ici c’était pour une face latérale. Sinon très beau produit.

The quality in my opinion is far superior to the original Weber parts supplied. My Weber Spirit works like new with even heat distribution across the grill. Needed to trim the ends of 2 burner tubes with a dremmel to get a proper fit, otherwise installation was straight forward ( maybe the manufacturer could take note of this as I’ve seen the same issue mentioned in other reviews) I highly recommend this product.
