I found knives to be high quality for their price. Love the size and the ability to easily sharpen them. My issue is loosing them s this is my second order.

I like Hinckles knives. They are affordable . They are sharp. Only Disapointed that the handles are plastic. Other the that they work fine

I love these knives. They stay sharp and are comfortable in the hand. I purchased this set to replace the lost paring knife from my previous set and I am sure they will last just as long. They are dishwasher safe. Great value since they last forever.

Somehow I misplaced/threw away my Henckels paring knife so I purchased this set. While all 3 work, they’re not as substantial as what I lost; moreover, it’s somewhat difficult to discern which is the blade side on the most regular of the knives and one could easily cut themselves by mistake by putting a finger on the blade for leverage instead of on the back

Yes, I know these have nylon handles and are made in China (of Solingen stainless steel). Yes, I know that they're not the same quality as the "good" ones that are actually made in Germany. Yes, I know the difference - all of my other Henckels knives are German made and I am very careful with them. But gosh, darn it, sometimes it's just nice to have some stuff you can throw in the dishwasher! I purchased these to replace a set (same thing, colored handles) that I've had for at least 10 years - not because there's anything really wrong with them, but I just need more of them (and to have backups - just in case). My fave is the 4" paring knife and I always seem to need it when it's in the dishwasher. I am not the least bit careful with these, yet they hold an edge well and are easy to sharpen. The blades are of good quality and not too stiff. This would be an excellent set for garnishing - While sturdy, they are thin enough for fine slicing, peeling and curling. A great deal from amazon -
