where are these made?

China. I don't think you are going to find items like this made domestically if that is what you're thinking.

Are these flat or round? Pondering skewering some grapes and serving with them stabbed into a cribbage board, round would work better in holes

Round. I bought some for a bridal party and they were soooo elegant. Loved using them!

Are they washable and reusable

We do not recommend you to reuse this product.
