7.08 is this price per can?

No it shows it being sold for $10.99 per can now.. In Oct. 2019 I paid $4..99 a can for the roast beef and the hamburger. It has gone up a dollar a month per can! I will say it is delicious! But $10.99 a can? Price gouging!!

The $14.00 is for the 28oz size. The 14oz is around $7.

What is the shelf life of this?

The expiration date marked on the bottom of every can has a date that is 5 years after the date of manufacture.

I know in emergency there’s no luxury, but does Keystone or any company sell organic canned beef? I searched Amazon and just dog food came up.

If you are looking for free range fed, black angus... I doubt it. Keystone is quality meat, with no chimicals added, flash cooked in the can. Minimal processing & very clean. If you are looking for something a little more 'country', look into the Mormon / LDS canned goods. I don't know if they do meats now, but they might...
