XB-450i Bead Breaker for ATV/Motorcycle / 4x4 / Truck/Auto/Lawn Mower

The XB-450i Bead Breaker is the ticket! I watched a few videos while I waited on Amazon to deliver the Bead Breaker. I needed new rear tires on my Hustler Fast Track mower, it has 20x10-10 rear tires. Took it out of the box, removed the stem so all the air would escape. Sprayed the bead and rim area with a soapy solution. put the bead breaker on and used a small impact driver to tighten and loosen each of the 3/4" bolts. It was fast and simple. I used some tire spoons I ordered off of amazon to get the tire off the rims once the beads were busted. I removed both tires in about 15 minutes. It took 2-3 minutes to bust the beads loose with the XB-450i. When I finished I applied some grease back on the bolts like they had when it arrived. If you follow the directions, it very easy to remove a tire from a rim. Great design and well made right here in the USA!!

Great little tool for breaking down the bead from the rims on ATV's, UTV's, lawn mowers, and any other tubeless tires. My 25 year old JD Gator 6x4 tires started to get cracks in the sidewalls and wouldn't hold air anymore. I replaced both front tires a year ago without this tool and it took me longer to break the beads down than it did to actually change the tires. They're bead-lock rims which have a metal bead around the rim that helps lock the beads of the tires into place. The low pressure tires require these bead lock type rims. After the difficulty with the front tires, I decided to give this tool a try with the 4 rear tires. WOW, what a difference. Took me no longer than 5 minutes per tire to completely break down the beads on both sides of the rims. The paper instructions are a little vague, but their online video is straightforward and simplified the operation of the tool. Very easy to use, especially with a battery impact as shown in the video. Tool held up well. The 2 bolts are pre-lubed and I had zero issues with the threads spalling. Great product and would recommend it to anyone with the knowhow skills to replace tubeless tires themselves.

Great tool! Wish I would've bought the Bead Buster a long time ago. If you are the type of person who does their own tire change and want to save space or want something small and portable, then this is the tool for you. Easy to use. Breaking the bead was a breeze. Won't leave a mark on the wheel. Using an impact gun with a 19mm socket will allow the tool to work faster. Extremely happy with this tool!

Had an 20 year old ATV tire that would not debead using all of the tricks I could find on YouTube. This tool had the tire debeaded in under 5 minutes.

I bought this for my 2008 Lucerne. This does a good job of breaking the bead and made things a lot easier to replace the sensor on the hub. Please remember to lubricate the threads on all bolts. This is important to keep wear to a minimum. Also keep an eye on the inner rim of the hub and make sure you are not coming into contact with it while screwing in the main bolt on the bead breaker. So, Go slowly the first few times you use this tool to understand what is going on. Once you break the bead the first time you will see that inner rim on the hub and understand what I am saying. I imagine that if you do screw up and come into contact with the inner rim you will either ruin your hub or the threads on the bead breaker.Yes, I would buy it again and recommend it.

This thing is fantastic! I used it to break the beads on my car tires so I could change the pressure sensors and it made easy work of it. I didn’t even have to take the tires off the car. I highly recommend it and the optional extended clamp arm.

The media could not be loaded. This makes breaking beads an easy deal. This thing is well built and fees sturdy. I find it easy to use and is much more efficient than using something that isn't meant for breaking beads and then smashing a wheel (ask me how I know)
