Easy to remove and replace the old ignitor control with this one. Went in without a hitch. Arrived on time as promised.

Duplicates the original 100% and also came with all the ignitors which I wasn't aware of. I used just the main box since that's what had failed. Fairly easy to swap out although there were no instructions included. This one actually has a design upgrade over the original as it has eliminated the copper ground connectors that were the original failure point of the original. I'm guessing this will last my lifetime!

After checking with Weber for the igniter for our grill, I ordered this part which worked perfectly. I assembled it in 5 minutes. Amazon was one of the dealers that Weber recommended for the part. It came the next day. It was better than chasing all over town for it. At the hardware store, I was told another igniter would work but it was the wrong item. I'm glad I knew what I was looking for. It helped to know what the igniter looked like too. Thanks for the speedy delivery service.

The Weber Genesis electronic igniter works as good as the original. One complaint is that the device is not waterproof. Rainwater gets in, fills up the battery cylinder and corrodes the terminals. I drilled a drain hole, but finally got tired of cleaning it out with steel wool. Bottom line: the Weber is a great grill so I'm willing to replace parts when they wear out. Just redesign the igniter.

Thought I might have to replace the whole assembly so I got this one jic. So simple for me to just replace the push-button first which failed on mine over time. Screw-off, Screw-on, 1 min. Tested just the button replacement, problem solved. Best part is that I have the rest of it for the future for if/when that fails. In addition, it looks just like the old one when it was new. No disappointments here.

The screw on push button is missing the thin U shaped negative contact strip like many have mentioned. Totally useless without it. Instead of doing the return hassle I pulled the contact strip out of my old push button and fine sanded it to clean it up. It worked 5 times then a pop sound from button and it quit.

Purchased this product based on a YouTube video on troubleshooting/fixing a failed ignition. Installed this on a 7-8 year old Genesis S330. Three screws on the access panel to get to the part, removal and replacement with this item was easy. Whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. This part is available for $2-$3 less from other sellers but without the free shipping both ways that Amazon offers.

Although I couldn’t find the serial number on my Weber BBQ I took a chance that this starter was the right model. It was. Took 2 minutes to install and worked perfectly. Thanks so much.

Easy to install, good value for money.

I installed the full kit and three out of the four ignitor switches would not spark. I would have returned it but the time ran out. I later bought a WEBER kit that is excellent.
