How do I pair this wireless earbuds with my device?

This is not a wireless or Bluetooth earbud. This is a detachable earbud that has to be connected to a headphone-style audio cable that is designed specifically to connect with this style of earbud.

Are these only for listening to music or can you take a call using them too?

This is just the left ear earphone of a two ear set. In case your dog chews on one or something. This is just the earphone part. If you want to make calls, you can. You'd just have to get a cable that has a microphone on it, or get a MMCX Bluetooth connector, and add these headphones to it (Again, this is just the Left ear of a set, you'd want to get the set). Then yes, you could make audio calls with them.
