Great little table!
This table is literally perfect for a small room. Fairly easy to put together and it goes with everything!

Easy, slim
It was easy to put together, although I didn't add the shelf part. I wanted it to be really simple-looking and slim. I love it to death. It is ideal.

Very Nice, but a little smaller than I was expecting
For what I needed this for, it definitely works. However, keep in mind it is pretty small for a tv stand, so make sure to check the measurements. For assembly, it wasnt too bad. However, I needed to buy a drill to put it together, as some of the screws need to make the hole as you screw to assemble at some parts. But the directions were not too hard. With that in mind, it requires you to have your own screwing device and a tool that pokes the starting holes. I didnt have the hole poker, but I was able to make it work. if you do use a drill, make sure to be careful and not go too fast, bc I did on one screw and it kinda warped the wood around it. For the height, it is not super tall, or at least shorter than I expected. As for durability, it is pretty lightweight, but is holding up well for the time ive had it so far. Overall, it is not bad for the cheap price and gets the job done for what I need it for, and thankfully was long enough for my TV

but this really is a piece of garbage!. First off
OK-I am not expecting a quality product, but this really is a piece of garbage!. First off, as reported here, most corners were damaged. Yes-it is compressed sawdust encased in plastic, but I didn't expect much more. The assembly is really ridiculous! Making your own pilot holes with a template? Come on!! How lazy can they be? For $12.00 it would be great. $36.00 is a total rip-off.

Just What I Wanted
This little stand is one I purchased several years ago for my other TV and was delighted to be able to find it again. It's easy to assemble, sturdy and I like the simple design.

Why package and ship parts that are already damaged?
The design of the table is OK. I'm using it to add shelves on a computer table so the height and spacing works out well. Assembling the table is easy. I have two complaints. First, the table was made from what amounts to saw-dust with a binder wrapped in a plastic skin. I guess this is good on environmental grounds, waste nothing, but for the price I think the lower shelf could have been less flexible perhaps by making it from real wood. Second, even though the packaging was undamaged, one leg was dented and both shelves had chipped corners. This damage was cosmetic, not functional, and could all be placed on the out-of-the-way corner, so I haven't bothered with a return. I still have to ask, why were three obviously damaged parts packaged in the first place?

Side table
We use this as a side table. It's great because it's not as wide as a coffee table but it's still good quality.

I love IKEA
I can't recommend IKEA enough. I bought a different TV stand and the whole thing came broken, with incomplete instructions and missing pieces. I returned it and got the IKEA one. It's extremely easy to install, looks good, it's well priced and I have the Prime two-day delivery. Can't ask for more!!.

OTTIMO MATERIALE E SEMPLICE MONTAGGIO
Ottimo materiale e semplice montaggio. Si consiglia l'uso di avvitatore elettrico per montaggio e fissaggio delle viti Parker che devono entrare nelle "gambe" del tavolino, fissando il ripiano centrale. Dimensioni effettive = cm 90 (lunghezza) x cm 45 (lunghezza) x cm 26 (profondità)

One of the few cheap yet good shallow tables, ideal for smaller rooms
This was pretty good and better than expected, but don't use it for very big hefty TVs. I'd go for tempered glass for those. A few people said theirs was plastic and lightweight, but mine was plastic coated strong-ish wood pulp like MDF and had a medium weight to it, and quite stable if you build it correctly. The only issue I had was to screw in the legs and shelf screws you need some elbow grease, which might be difficult for some people. An electric screwdriver would be ideal here. I put a 40-in TV on mine and it just goes over the sides, but the stand is narrower and fine. I put my old TV as it I got a new one, so I thought I'd try this one in the spare room. It's a small room so you don't want a big stand jutting out, so this fits nicely near the wall, which is the primary benefit of a shallow stand, as most are much deeper. It's worth mentioning that if you have a skirting board, you won't be able to attach the retainer safety bracket screw very easily, so I didn't use mine. The retainer screw is to stop the stand falling forward for safety. My advice is to simply put the TV slightly towards the wall, so if you do knock it hard it's more likely going to go towards the wall then the the table tip toward the floor. If you have kids, you do need to retain it somehow really, so you could tie a string or wire to the bracket instead across the gap. But if you bump into any TV hard, it's going to come down or funny stand unless you retain the TV too! If so, I recommend you put the TV in the corner on a corner stand so you can't bump into it as easily. All in, this looks good with other black furniture, or a black TV, although it's made of cheaper squared off looking material so check your decor. Finally, yes it is £9 at IKEA, but they charge £15 delivery. So if you're paying under £24, still it's cheaper unless you drive over there, but all my local stores didn't have it in stock anyway. I paid £17 for mine here and happy.
