I used to have really sore, tired, achy, swesty and stinky feet. And I mean SMELLY ROTTEN FUNGUS! Then I decided to try washing them. (Three times) Then, when that didn't seem to work, I tried soaking them in this salt mixed into a hot water foot bath.... Now EVERYONE wants to smell my feet! Great! I purchased when on sale for $10. Got for my 3yo son for bedtime. I refuse to use melatonin, so i was hoping this would do the trick to calm him down and help him rest. and it has tremendously, I even tried it and was feeling calmer while still in the bathtub. Debating whether its worth the price point but looking good so far

I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
