Great handheld hoover
Great little Hoover, this is an identical model to one we have had for a number of years. This latest model has a better button for emptying and a much better filter for cleaning. Easy to use, does what you expect.Not noisy, good quick charging, great value for money

The black and decker hand held vacuum cleaner arrived with no accessories.
I will use this product for cleaning up dog hairs. As I opened the box, all that was init was the hand held vacuum cleaner. There was not anything else in the box. The items that were missing are:-(1) The bracket that you screw to the wall.(2) The different sizes of the nozzles.If you could let me know about these items, I would very much appreciate it.Regards,Carole Cordery.

Disappointing
I bought this to replace one of the same make that I’d had for years. This one is very disappointing as it has poor suction. Unfortunately I left it too late to return. I’ve just ordered another one in a different make. Hopefully it will be better,
