Functional and nice-looking cleaver. I really like how it looks and its ergonomics. It handles very well and comes very sharp. Although it is on a heavier side, I like it that way and this makes the cleaver a more versatile piece of cutlery. The edge is symmetrical and evenly polished, the blade is also symmetrically tapered on both sides under an angle that helps to maintain the edge.

Versatile knife, comfortable to hold
Liked the hefty weight, which makes it easier to cut through things like acorn squash. Nice and sharp, beautiful pattern too. Only downside to the weight is that it can be a little tiring to lift it.

My mom’s favorite
My mom used this brand all the time, and I bought it for my new apartment. It’s very sharp. Good for cutting basically everything. But be careful, it’s sharp and heavy. And it’s definitely not for cutting fruit.

good handle, weigh well, good surface. it is sharp out of the box. good for handling vegetable. recommended for home use. this one is on the heavier side. if you do not like weight, recommend to look into the lighter models.
