I'm glad we did because it turned out to be very ...
At first I was leary of this item as it seemed a bit flimsy when we unpacked the box. It was a Christmas present for my son so we wanted to get it assembled before the holiday as we didn't want him to have the burden of assembly. I'm glad we did because it turned out to be very sturdy and it changed my mind about the quality of this very nice microwave stand. At least that's what he's using it for.

Fantastic customer service, but the trolley wasn't perfect
The trolley itself was a disappointment because it was too small and short for the recipient (I bought it as a gift), plus there was some damage on one piece of wood. However, the customer service was incredible--very responsive and ready to do everything they could to help. I can't say enough about how easy they were to work with and wouldn't hesitate to order something from them again. The height of the trolley may be okay for someone around 5'0-5'4", but anyone taller than that may find that they need to hunch over to use it as a work space in the kitchen, which wouldn't be very comfortable. The wood finish is pretty and it was relatively easy to put together. Not the best quality I've seen, but not bad for what I paid (it was right around $78 when I ordered it).

Awful!! Steer clear of this pile of junk
Nicest feature is the tile top. Most positive thing I can say. It comes shipped in a thousand pieces. I'm ok with that as I am a seasoned vet of assembling Ikea wares. I could write a book on how terrible this little stand is. I actually scratched the surface removing the little stickers lol. This would be peeling them off like any normal human being. The instructions are one sheet so be prepared if you are considering buying this sad shelf. The kicker was wheeling the cart from the assembly point to my back deck. I noticed it was leaning to one side. I figured I may not have all the wheels snug in the hole. I swear to you that this was within five minutes of spending a good hour screwing it together. The wheels would not stay in the bottom of the cart!!!! Needless to say, the plastic connectors had snapped making it impossible to keep the wheels on. If I could throw it to the nearest distubution center I would. Extremely disappointed. Ill be calling Amazon tomorrow.. Ugh Update.. Amazon has refunded me my purchase price. One more attempt to purchase a cart.

Works For Me
MODIFIED REVIEW: I originally only gave this cart 1 star because the wheels wouldn't work and one even broke. I had my handyman look at it, and it turns out, there *was* a way to get the wheels properly in the hole, it just wasn't obvious to someone who hasn't assembled any of these. Better instructions for that part is a must... The broken wheel is working well enough, though keep in mind that I'm not using this cart a lot, nor putting anything heavy on it. It's working pretty good for my needs and is still very cute! For the price, I think this cart is a good deal. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If the wheels had worked right, I would have given this product 4 stars. It has some pros and cons, but mostly pros. However, the whole point of getting a kitchen cart on wheels is to have the wheels work. There is a problem with how the holes are drilled into the bottom of the cart. The wheels do not go in straight and when I push the cart (on a hard floor/nothing challenging), the wheels fall off. One of the plastic pieces inside of one of the holes even fell out. This is a deal breaker for me. If you don't care about rolling the cart, then I would recommend it.

Very Nice
I bought this to use in a small laundry room and it will serve my purpose just fine. Once I realized the directions had not been adapted to the modified design of the cart, assembly went much smoother. The directions show two pieces for the center verticle support. There is actually only one piece that ends up being a combination of the two. It was really confusing and had me close to thinking I needed to return the table because of missing parts. A couple of the screws stripped going in, but there are so many screws holding it together, it really didn't matter. The sturdiness is quite amazing for a little cart. The bottoms of the drawers were quite thin and warped, but they flattened when they were installed with the rest of the drawers. The drawers will not handle a great deal of weight, but I won't require it of them. One of the drawer's pull holes were drilled slightly off so the pull is not perfectly straight, but it's insignificant. The top tiles are real with real grout. It's not a pristine tiling job, but I tiled my back splash and I'm very, very picky. Again, for my purposes, it will be fine. It would have been nice if the shelves had been adjustable so I could have put taller cleaning products on them, but I have compensated. The finish on the wood is even, well done and rich. So, basically, I have few complaints and, if I had it to do over, I would buy it again.

flimsy and poorly made
so this thing is basically made of particle board. when assembling the unit, i broke the bottom shelf trying to push the wheels into the pre-drilled holes. so my entire unit is wobbly because of that. the drawers are paper thin and can only hold a few utensils. one of the racks came out of the box completely in pieces. i had to glue it together before i could finish assembling the cart. should've spent the extra $15 and bought the one i saw at my local walmart. only saving grace is that assembly was quick and easy, aside from having to glue back together one of the racks

Over all, it looks a whole lot better than the bedside table it replaced. Since replacing the castors with sliders I've been very happy with it. It's dead easy to assemble except for the wheels which are very difficult and I've replaced them with long thin furniture sliders (raised with an extra layer of d.s. foam). The parts line up neatly and the finish is fair, the few nicks in the honey stain were invisible on the unit I got. But oh dear, it is very flimsy. And don't hope you will be able to just swap it around so the drawers open the other way - you won't. I got it in September '20 and it is still on duty in June '24, my coffee mugs etc. are good on the easy to clean tiles.

Very poorly made with insubstantial poor quality timber. Screws are poor and easily burr. One screw even had no threads! Poorly aligned holes make it eneven on the faces. The timber is not properly sanded and is rough with a lot of knots and cracks. Very poor value only really fit for the bonfire. Do not buy

Why did you choose this product over others?: Love this trolley, a little wobbly but I still love it stores everything I need it to and two handy drawers and I can move it where I like. Love it ❤️

There was no instructions but I have made many flat packs before so not a problem for me the sturdiness is not great but I used wood glue and additional screws which have made it perfect the tiles on the top was all ok and inline so no problem there if you do what I have said you will have no problems with this and it is exceptionally good value
