Is the adhesive backing at least as sticky as electrical tape?

Hm, I can't say I compared it to electrical tape - but for the purpose I used it for the adhesive backing proved strong. I used it as a rub-strip between metal and plastic in an engine compartment to prevent fretting and vibration noise.

How thick is the tape? (mil)

Tape is .008" thick or 8 mils as best I can measure it.

Why does it say "woven fiberglass" in the pictures? is it ptfe or not? thank you.

I’m not sure if it’s actual PTFE but it’s very slick I use it to cover the edges of my hard card squeegees so it does not scratch my window film when applying

Can I use this at the bottom of a computer mouse so I can make the mouse glide?

Not sure, but it's pretty slick, so I'd think this would work on a mouse. I used it on my table saw rip fence, and it made the bottom super smooth to slide on the saw deck.
