Effective Ayurvedic remedy for gas & digestion I’ve been using Dabur Hingwashtak Churna for a while now, mainly for gas, bloating, and indigestion, and it has worked very well for me. This is a classical Ayurvedic formulation, and you can really feel the difference when taken regularly. I usually take ½ teaspoon with warm water after meals, especially after heavy or late dinners. It helps relieve gas, improves digestion, and reduces that uncomfortable heaviness in the stomach. Over time, it has also helped with mild constipation by keeping digestion more regular. The taste is strong and spicy (typical Ayurvedic churna), so it may take some getting used to, but the results are worth it.
