Mat Band

Gaiam makes quality product and this is no exception. My wife an I have been using ours for over 3 years and they work so well that I bought one for my daughter to use. Easy to use and works if I roll my mat tight or loose and does not stretch out. I have never had it snap back on me when taking it off or putting it on. I had a velcro strap that I used for a while before purchasing these but I would never go back now. Great colors also. Quit being so cheap and click the purchase button and you will have one less thing to worry about in your life.

I am new to yoga and was considering buying a strap or even a bag for my yoga mat but was looking for something low maintenance on a budget. This yoga mat band fits my needs perfectly! There are two different ways you can wrap this band around your mat and either option does a great job of keeping your mat securely rolled. The band I received matches the color of my mat perfectly even though I was unable to choose the color. I am very happy with this product so far and the price range is great. Just beware that if you have a thicker mat, it may leave indentations wherever you tie it on your mat. Other than that I like it and I will probably be buying another down the road!

I didn't want a bag but I was looking for a way to keep my mat rolled nice and tight. After browsing through tons of options, I opted for the mat band. It works perfectly and I get lots of comments and questions about it when I go to the studio. It's simple to use and remove when I ready.

This product came very quickly. The color matched my yoga mat perfectly which was great! The only problem with the band was that I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to work. The picture shows it doubled over but all you have to do is pull the toggle to keep it held tight.. No need to double over like an elastic ponytail holder. I think some other reviewers had the same issue saying that the band didn't fit the mat. We are making it harder than it needs to be! They should include instructions with the band. I love this and the price is good as well. I needed one for my mat. I was throwing it in my car after hot yoga and it would come undone all the time. This just makes me look more put together. I love it and would recommended. It is easy to use.

Attractive and affordable little yoga mat elastic. Easy to use and keep mat rolled up.

This is a good product, but... 1) I was under the impression that I was receiving all three bands. I’m fine with only receiving one because that’s all I need, but it should have been specified that you’re only receiving one and you should therefore be able to pick your color. The color I received is definitely my least favorite color of the three. 2) This band barely fits around my 3 mm mat, so if you have a 5+ mm mat it may not fit.

This band is quite simple: 2 large beads on a single elastic cord. It's so simple I could've made it myself, but for the price, it was simpler to just add it to an order. I like the elastic band better than the cinch belt I was using before because I don't seem to roll the mat up the same thickness twice, which was forcing me to loosen and tighten the belt every time I used it. Also, my mat seems to be thicker/denser than the Gaiam mats and I have no issues with getting around the rolled up mat. I simply roll up the mat, lay it on top of the band, hold it down with a knee, and proceed to slip the smaller bead over the larger one. And since it is elastic, I don't have to worry about it slipping off the mat if I didn't get it on tight enough the first time.

These elastic bands work nicely to keep our yoga mats rolled.

Sujeta perfectamente bien mi tapete y eso que es bastante grueso y grande, pensé que no sería tan largo y resistente pero la verdad es que lo sujeta tal cual en as fotos. Además el color en el que me llegó es justo igual que mi tapete, le da un toque muy lindo ;)
