This stuff has just the right amount of heat and flavor. If you haven’t had Kashmiri chili powder before it’s like the best paprika you’ve ever had but better. On a heat scale of 1-10 (10 being hottest) this is a 3. Mild but very tasty and it also adds a terrific bright red color to any sauce. Highly recommended.

Love these spices, it's great for home curries. I cannot stand the premade stuff in the jar, and we cannot afford to go out as often as I want to eat it, so learning how to cook these dishes as a pasty potato lady has been both fun and challenging. Le pot est bien scellé au moyen d'un opercule facile à retirer L'opercule conserve la fraîcheur du produit. Goût très piquant pour les personnes qui ne sont pas habitués à la nourriture indienne. Dans mon cas, j'ai été initié dès l'âge de 5 ans aux piments piquants et j'estime que le piquant est vraiment prononcé. Je recommande donc de l'utiliser avec parcimonie au début pour éviter de se brûler la langue.
