ViveSole Toe Separators for Men & Women Small (2 Pairs) - Silicone Gel

My toes have always been very tight together and that for worse with age. My big toe started to cross over my second toe, my balance was off and I started getting numbness and tingling in my feet. After some research I found a lot of people who swore by using toe separators to help all these issues and figured that it was worth a shot. I bought this set because it had 2 different styles that I could try and seemed reasonably durable. I wear them overnight. I've seen reviews where people wear them all day, but after trying that there's no way I can walk comfortably in either set. I do have some issues with them popping off during the night. I could wear socks over them and fix the issue but I hate wearing socks to bed so I take my chances. After just over a week using them I'm frankly shocked at the change. The numbness and tingling is almost completely gone. My big toe isn't trying to invade my second toes territory anymore. Standing for long periods is more comfortable. And my balance has improved. It's got a ways to too still, but the improvement is very noticeable. My feet even look healthier in sandals and flip flops since my toes aren't trying to form a cuddle pile anymore and realize that healthy separation is good for them. They were uncomfortable for the first few nights and I ended up taking them off after about 4 hours, but on night 4 I slept all the way through the night, no waking up to pain halfway through, and the last few days have been fine. I wish I'd taken a before picture so I could do a side by side, but the difference is very noticeable. My advice to anyone is to not even hesitate. These are cheap, nice quality, and are making an actual difference in how I feel.

I unfortunately go the wrong size and the ones that wrap around your toes didn’t fit me. I accidentally got a medium! It fits him great though! They’re not bad. =]

Yes. Relieves pain! I'm a men's size 9.5, and the Mediums fit perfectly. I had been having pain in my big toe main joint, feeling like it needed to pop (with a push away from the other toes to pop it). It had progressed to some issues with the smallest three toes, and pain when beginning to move (after sitting, sleeping, etc). I've had these in my hands for 24 hrs, and the pain is reducing already. I've worn them while sitting (2 hrs), which would normally cause the pain to be there when I stood up, but it reduced the pain by 90percent. I'll still be working the knobby foot rollers, and using these. But, don't think twice if you're in pain. These are cheap and fine quality. The material is pretty much the exact same consistency as a gummybear.

Having two options is nice. Both are comfortable and soft. The issue with this is the space between the big toe needs to have a larger amount of gel, it's too thin. Obviously this depends on your foot but for a 11 to 12 shoe size it's not enough.

I got these because I have hammer toe because my mother crammed my feet in my shoes that were to small as a child. My feet don't fit in Women's shoes I have to wear mens. I also have two messed up nails which makes it verry dificult to get these on. one of my nails is upturned and one is down turned both on my right foot. I love that they come with a carrying case though. I am going to DC to do some advocacy and may take these with me to see how they work, but right now they hurt to much to wear all the time. They come with two sets of 2 they send them for both feet. One has holes that you put your toes in and the other is the style of what you might see in a nail salon after you have your nails painted. They are much thicker and way better quality materials. They are made of silicone. that will stand the test of time, but they are to thick to get between my feet easily. I don't have a lot of space between my toes, which is part of the problem I am having. I tried differenttoe separators from Rite aide yesterday, but they were similar to putting tape between your toes. I will test these for awhile and see if they help. I am on the fence on whether I should return them or not.

Excellet toes separators especially for those suffering from bunions. Very helpful, easy to wash & kerp clean. Wear continously for 4 hours. Then give it a break for a couple of hours. Avoid wearing them at night.

They relieve and cool my toes and feet, but are very delicate.
