Smell little strong but taste is very very good 👍
This black salt Kala Namak is a must buy, its flavor is incredible. I mix it right into my lassi, and it gives it this rich, smoky depth. I also add it to fresh fruit, savory dishes you name it. And it comes in a beautiful glass jar, so it looks just as good as it tastes. A total kitchen staple. Tasty 😋

Careful, it’s strong.
A pinch is eggy, a quarter teaspoon is sulphur geysers. Worth it but careful.

Don’t expect sulfur taste or smell
Was told that black salt would make tofu taste more like eggs supposedly because of sulfur in product. All this did was make tofu taste salty. I admit I don’t salt a lot of salt but there was no smell nor did it make tofu taste like eggs. Disappointed.was great if you wanted salt but why pay the price of this when Morton’s salt would do the same th8ng.

Buy if you need extra fine pink salt
This so NOT black salt!!! Does not taste like black salt at all because it’s pink salt. Not returnable so I feel it’s a complete scam! I didn’t order more Himalayan pink salt and that’s exactly what I got!

Has great health benefits
We watched a video on how Himalayan salt is made and wanted to try. The salt has a tart, spicy taste that we enjoy on foods instead of salt. Benefits: Aids in digestion, improved blood circulation, improves muscle cramps, maintains healthy blood sugar, etc...

One of my go-to spices in my pantry!
Vegan here. Bought this to season Tofu for an "eggy smell/taste" and yes, it really works great! Use it when I make Tofu 'egg' salad sandwiches, scrambled Tofu 'egg', etc.

Smells like old eggs
This fine black salt smells like rotten eggs... it tastes slightly like it as well. No idea why. Its weird. Maybe sulfur is one of the 84 minerals?!? Lol Unfortunate, was happy to find a super fine salt for nuts etc.
