Wisley 2008 is a rose of unequaled delicacy and charm. Pure pink, shallowly cupped flowers about 3 inches across with petals arranged in the perfect rosette formation, with paler pink petals toward the edges are similar to an old Alba Rose such as 'Queen of Denmark'. Stems that arch gracefully produce flowers throughout their length to create a elegant and vigorous shrub that may reach 5 feet in height. However, with harder pruning Wisley 2008 may easily be maintained at 3½ to 4 feet. The fragrance is fresh and fruity with hints of raspberries and Tea. Wisley 2008 is suitable for both formal and informal areas of the garden and would make a fine hedge.
