I ALWAYS LIKE THIS LAUGHING COW CHEESE. IT COULD BEST BE COMPARED TO A SOFT CREAM CHEESE. IT DOES NOT MELT WELL HOEVER. BEST USED AS A SPREAD ON BREAD OR CRACKERS.
