Quality of the product is excellent. Comes with a good packing as well with the warranty card for 7yrs. It could have come along with the washers as a full pakage.

The description is absolutely insufficient. The inlet dimension was incorrect and outlet dimensions were not mentioned at all. Returning this.

good, but have to cut the bend pipe
product works as expected, but installation needs cutting of bend pipe or have to connect by flexible pipe, with adapters.

Product is good. Started using it from today. Could have done yesterday itself but a rubber seal was missing. It was also difficult to find that particular sized seal in the market but finally got it in Bhangel market.

Did not fit with standard shower arm and shower pipe
I purchased this recently and upon receiving found out that it does not fit. This item is not returnable so I have no choice but to keep or scrap it. It came with inlet and outlet of 1 inch which is not standard fitting for shower arms. Its hand shower outlet at bottom is also smaller than standard hand showers fitting. So either it was wrong shipment or wrong description.
