Huge progress in a short time!
I started using this product about a week ago and my irritation bump is pretty much gone! I didn't take pics on Day 1 because it looked so awful, but I'm wearing a 4mm threadless end and the bump was just as big. Safe to say I was desperate! I'd tried an oil in the past that worked, but then stopped working. I decided to try this because I've always felt my bump was due to trapped moisture since I've been dealing with gnarly allergies. Finally got some meds that work and decided to tackle this with salt, since that just made sense to me! On Day 1, I attempted a soak, but man that's difficult with a nose piercing, so I decided to follow other review's advice and made a paste with this and saline spray. I used ~1/8 tsp of the Urban ReLeaf & ~2ish quick sprays of saline spray. I left it on for 10 mins, 3x that day, then rinsed with fresh, warm water, followed by a quick saline spray, then wiped clean with gauze. On Day 2, I did the same, but increased the time I left the paste on to 30 mins. When that seemed to work & not irritate anything, I upped it to 45 mins on Day 3, and finally to 1 hour on Day 4. I'm really not comfortable leaving things on overnight since you can't troubleshoot if things aren't going well. This seemed to work for me. It's Day 7 & the bump is pretty much gone! I'm going to watch it closely, but here's hoping it's gone for good! And if it flares up again, I'll use this right away!

Its like Magic. ๐ฏ love this product
I read a lot of the reviews and I made a paste with it. I used my saline wash NeliMed to make my paste a little of this powder about a tsp or so and a few drips of the saline wash and mix it was a little watery i used to much solution the first time. It stung a little for a few minutes but it quit stings and started helping a lot within minutes. I put it on my daith piercings that were infected, swollen, and inflamed over night. And used their earrings solution and I haven't had any more problems. It took the infection, inflammation, swelling and tenderness away within 2 days. They are healing nicely. I absolutely love this product. Can't wait to try more of their products. I use the earrings solution twice a day every day now. I started with the solution 3 to 4 times a day and the paste overnight every night for about a week. I bought a small spray bottle and sterilized it and put my solution in it and now I spray my ears twice each and a Q- tip to clean them. I hope this helps someone else. โฅ๏ธ. P.S. If you make a batch of solution get glass bottles to store your product (preferably spray for me). The directions make a gallon I believe. And I'd lightly boil distilled water so the powder dissolves completely, let cool a bit and put in glass bottles or Mason Jars.

Best thing I have bought for piercings!
I am one of those people who doesnโt take the time to review, unless it is very necessary to speak on it. This is one of those times. I have been using this for a week and it helped heal my irritation bump! I mixed 1/4 tsp with a couple sprays of saline to make a paste, left it for a little more than 5 min and then rinsed with saline, followed with warm water. Doing this twice daily. I recommend this product. I donโt have pictures but I would believe the rest of the people on here who have uploaded theirs and their healing process.

Works really well
Honestly works so well. I have a bunch of new ear piercings from the last the last 6 months and theyโre all temperamental โ a rook, a forward helix, an upper helix, a flat and a tragus โ and my third lobes (which were no biggie). The third lobes are the only ones that donโt bother me or end up with occasional piercing bumps. Itโs been 18 years since I had a new piercing and turning 36 made me want to do more, Iโm not sure why! Obviously, all my old ones were done with crappy Claireโs piercing guns, and these were down properly with needles โ but I feel like I was far more diligent about aftercare/not sleeping on them, etc., back then. Iโve done all the right steps โ trying to regularly clean with sterile saline, sizing down, etc., but every now and then, Iโm getting a bump or notice one or two of them are bothering me. I mix some of this concentrate with water and soak, and literally *the next day* itโs back to normal. I canโt say that will be everyoneโs experience, but for me, it has worked like a charm. Iโve had to soak a couple of times (3-4 days in a row) to fully get rid of piercing bumps โ but any discomfort or swelling is resolved in less than 24 hours of using it once. I had purchased and tried some different sterile piercing and bump sprays and a bump and keloid solution โ they did nothing. This actually works. This stuff is great and Iโd buy it againโ but I still have plenty!!

For a piercing bump, for me this was key
I had a nose piercing switched out from the straight bar to a ring and my piercer, had a really hard time getting the straight bar out, was very painful but eventually got the ring in, unfortunately, a bump from where he pinched it pretty hard, had already begun. In the next few days (no photos, wish I had) it got much larger, very red, and really, so large it felt like it entered the room before I did. I tried the chamomile tea, he told me to use, then I bought the "bump oil" 2 different kinds without any change, then in desperation got this about 2 weeks in. Another reviewer said she made a paste and just packed it on the bump for about 10 minutes or so. so that's what I did. I will say this: patience is key here. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, time no changes, I continued for about 4 days, twice a day and then followed with the chamomile tea for about another 10 minutes. This felt like a full-time job but after day 4, I started to see a change, and now on day 6, although still there, significantly better and I no longer feel like a monster. I don't know if this is working or if it's just time, but I would recommend this stuff. I did try to "soak" the bump like the directions said, but that was difficult and arduous just based how that had to be done, so the paste, I think is the way to go for sure. Be patient is all I can say and know that it's going to get better. This is no miracle, but I do believe it's working. I wish I had gotten this on day 2, it might not have gotten so large and obtrusive so at the first sign of a piercing bump? use this. Sucks, but apparently, it's pretty common from piercings, so don't be hard on yourself. I was, it was pretty awful, but be consistent with this, then steep some chamomile tea to hold on there after. I swear the combo is key. When he swaps this one for the 14 K gold one I ordered, I'll use this for the first couple days, even if there's no bump. I don't want this thing back. Hang in there!! just buy it, you won't be sorry.

Sea salt for the win! Cleared a bump within days
Cleared up a nasty irritation bump - but takes time! I had to be very patient and go through some painful moments with my conch piercing but the sea salt saved me. For me it worked best by piling on the sea salt almost like a slurry on my piercing and left it on over night. I did this 1-3 times a day. It really helped a ton. The bump healed over a few weeks.

Good product
Works good but you need to be consistent with it. Smells strong. Hasnโt gotten rid of my keloid fully yet

Last hope solution!
I had this troublesome lobe piercing that caused me a lot of pain and discomfort for the past 7 months. I had successfully gotten rid of two seperate keloids, and dealt with swelling with my normal methods for cleaning other piercings (lobes and nose). Even after 7 months, sleeping on it was still a challenge, and I was afraid of developing another keloid. I thought it had healed after switching to a longer threadless titanium earring, but it turned out I was wrong. I ended up with this huge bump, but it wasnโt another keloid though. I was desperate and overnighted this product as my last hope. My cousin, who's an otolaryngologist, suggested I see a doctor, but I didn't want to remove the piercing or deal with medical bills. Honestly, I only used this product twice for a soak, and it worked wonders. The first time I soaked it with a shot glass for 15 minutes, and although it was soothing, nothing seemed to happen. That night, I made a mental note not to sleep on that side, but somehow it popped while I was asleep. Once the bump had popped, the pressure decreased significantly, even though it was still irritated. I did another soak, submerged it in a shot glass, and it bled a little. I cleaned it up and forgot about it. A week later, a scab fell off when I scratched my ear because it was itchy, and voila, it was healed! I was amazed! In just two weeks, my ear looked like there had never been a bump before, and it was no longer swollen or itchy. I only used the product twice, both within the same week and 24-hour period, and it managed to soothe my inflamed piercing. The inflammation was so severe that the swelling almost completely covered my 10 mm post. Thankfully, this product came to the rescue. I'm thrilled that I found it. Now, I'll make an effort to clean this problematic lobe piercing more consistently (the identical piercing on my other ear has healed normally within two months of piercing). I plan to use it every other day until it's fully healed. I highly recommend this product for anyone struggling!
