Will this work for someone 6'5" and lanky?

It doesn't seem to be adjustable away from your body - like the part that clips to the sax - so my daughters instructor didnt like it. I would think you'd want that feature too.

Has anyone used this with an alto sax? I see a lot of reviews for use with tenor or bari but not the alto.

My daughter uses with a bass clarinet and it works great. Hope that helps.
