I ordered one of these caps to replace an OEM cap that fell off while driving. It fits tight, and the attached saver cord and clamp gives me confidence that I'm less likely to lose it if it does come loose. Because the first fit so well, I ordered a second to replace the other side OEM cap and stored the remaining original cap as a backup. In our area the wasps are just starting to swarm. In previous years, I've had issues with wasps building nests inside my bumper storage and finding them the hard way (those stings hurt!). I've already seen this cap block the wasps from going in so I'm feeling more confident with these.

I'm on my 2nd one since I noticed the first one missing when I got home with my trailer after a 2 hour drive. I'm not sure if it fell off in transit or if it was stolen since it should have been connected to the stinky slinky in my bumper. Hose was still there, cap was missing. I went ahead and ordered another since it is convenient and easy to use.

I've replaced multiple sets of bumper caps, about one set a year because they all seem to get loose and fall out. I was so happy to see this product, the magnets built in to hold the cap in place is a great idea. I ordered right away. What I didn't realize was in the pack of two only one of the items had magnets the other was just a friction grip like all of the others I've had in the past. I was disappointed to find that out when I received the product while the write-up specifically doesn't say comes with two caps with magnets it doesn't clarify that one cap is with a magnet set and the other is not. I also realized after coming back to the write-up there is the option to buy two magnetic Caps or one by itself I would have selected the two had I known up front, hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Works as it should and even has the fitting to mount the hose to the cap and shove the whole thing in the bumper.

Haven’t lost it yet going down the road but time will tell.

These caps are great! They fit perfectly and are heavy duty. It’s great to have end caps that actually work and don’t fall off. Highly recommend!

This is way cooler than I thought it would be. Sturdy material with really strong magnets make a great connection and it doesn't move at all during transit. The best part is attaching the end of the sewer hose to the inside of the magnetic door so i5 comes out for you as soon as you pull the endcap. Much better than trying to reach into the bumper of the hose has found its way inward.

Duh.I didn't think ahead and check. Make sure you don't have an aluminum bumper! Obviously these need steel bumpers to stick properly.I know you will think of this before you order!

Camco 40310 magnetic RV bumper caps Installed in seconds and stay in place. The one cap attaches to the sewer pipe twist lock and then magnetically secures all inside the 4" x 4" bumper. I am very happy with the quality and price of this product.

Haven’t had the chances to really test them. Magnet hold good but I’m still skeptic if they will hold on a bumpy road.
