The media could not be loaded.  The fan did not rotate fully in the base. The seller supplied a replacement which was great for a while but then the base on the replacement broke and it didn't rotate at all. The seller did then give me a full refund. I also have the white colour and it works fine. The 4 star rating is more a reflection of the customer services from the supplier.

I bought this product 2 years ago to use on my desk and at night during very hot weather. I’ve actually only used it less than 20 times. It was really powerful and quiet but has simply stopped working. It now runs for a minute following a full charge. I’ll contact the company.

This has been one of the most convenient gadgets I 've ever bought, and I 've bought a lot! For a portable fan it's very strong and the battery lasts a long time. It was a life saver during the hot summer here in Greece, especially with the rotating base. There are only a few portable fans with a rotating feature, and this was the primary reason for this purchase. The reason for marking down is that the rotating feature of the base stopped working (it gets stuck and makes a clicking sound) after only 4 months of use, where the rotation was not used daily. I let the base lose its charge and did a full charge before retrying, but unfortunately the problem persists.

Took this on holiday with me as I get very hot at night. A little noisy but did the job. Kept me cool. If not plugged in battery dose not last long if you have it on a high setting. But great that it portable so can move with you if you need.

Worked okay for the first 2 days. The product is fine turning and running on the lowest setting, but discharges after an hour of use despite being plugged into power?! 1 week after and the fan has stopped working completely.

It came on time and rotates well but I’m in Africa and can’t feel the air and for it to have 5 speeds it makes no difference ...speed 1 & 2 is okay but I need cool air and this fan is not the one for hot places..maybe if I go back to London it will work pfffttt! London’s not hot so what’s the point!!! What a let down as I really needed it in this hot country!! Good thing I brought more then one and from a different seller, that works perfectly and very powerful.
