NICE AND HEAVY, WE WILL SEE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THIS DOWN THE ROAD.FINISH LOOKED LIKE SOME ONE TRIED TO REMOVE SCRATCHES.NOT A PERFECT BRUSHED NICKLE FINISH.

Delta customer service is awesome
I had a problem with the wrong cartrige in the box. It was unfortunate, but Delta took care of it no questions asked. The product is very high quality. If I did it all over again, I would probably skip the body sprayers.

Came in pieces
It cane into pieces. Some arrived in unpacked. With the money you spend for this you are taking a risk.

Works great but so expensive!
The media could not be loaded. Matte black is very difficult to find. I discovered this after I chose to go with all matte black fixtures and hardware in my bathroom renovation. I needed a triple diverter because I have a bathtub, shower and I installed a handheld for easier cleaning and puppy bath time. This was literally the only matte black triple diverter I could find so I had to pony up the almost $400 for it. It works great but it really was expensive. Plumbers installed it so I can’t speak to install but it looks gorgeous in my bathroom.

Nice heavy fell with a very good finish
The control knobs and most of the fittings fell heavy and solid unlike so many of these type of controls that fell like plastic or lightweight pot metal.Assembly was very simple. Instructions are very complete.
