Love the flavor of these. They have a nice crunch to them and are filling but low calories!

I absolutely love these. I can’t eat popcorn or potato chips so I was very happy to find these. I find them very pricey but like them enough to have them delivered every month.

Tasted bland and was VERY expensive for what you got. Next time I am sticking to good old all-natural popcorn.

Crunchy Goodness!
I’ve been looking for a grain free, sugar free, nut free crunchy snack that doesn’t have a zillion calories. Vegan Cheese Lotus Pops are the ticket! I also bought the Black Pepper Turmeric but haven’t tried it yet. Only 120 calories per serving (about 1c), very cheesy flavorful, and full of crunch. I think these popped lotus seeds are a great snack and look forward to trying other flavors.

The vegan cheddar flavor is horrible... avoid avoid avoid
I love their coconut flavor one it's unique and other brands don't have that flavor. I thought they would've put the same thought into their vegan cheddar one. Boy, was I wrong. First off, the bag said it expires in a month. Not a good sign. The vegan cheddar flavor tasted rancid and pungent. We all had a mouthful and promptly spit it out. One of my friends got visibly angry. We tried to return but amazon doesn't let returns happen on this product. Now, we look at it in contempt. The chocolate and coconut flavors are pretty good. Savory ones are meh. Vegan cheddar is horrid.

PAPRIKA in white cheddar flavor!!! What!?
I like popped water Lilly seeds ad I have tried other brands. I especially like white cheddar ones as it’s usually “safe” and mild but with more flavor than plain sea salt. So decided to try this brand... but didn’t see ingredients until after starting to eat. They put PAPRIKA in it!! Many people have strong opinions on whether they like the taste. For me I’m allergic! Wouldn’t have thought they’d put a pepper ingredient in it. Never encountered that in other “white cheddar” flavor unless indicated as spicy white cheddar.... so if you like Paprika this may be the snack for you.
