Disney Princess 41055 Cinderella's Romantic Castle

I picked this up for my oldest daughter, who just turned 6, for a Christmas present. I've been waiting forever to start doing Lego sets!!!! Anyway, we had a ton of fun putting this together. She wanted to build it on Christmas day, and I basically helped read the directions and find some of the harder to find pieces, but had her physically put every piece together. The end result is really cool, and since it's her first Lego set, I'm sure it will hold a special place with her for some time. After getting this I've been checking out some of the other Lego Princess sets, and I'm really glad I picked this one. There are some other really cool ones for sure, but this is one of the better ones in my opinion. Here's a picture of the front and back straight on to help give a better idea of what it looks like finished (I did not include the 2 little tree accessories).

If your child is begging you for the lego Cinderella set THIS is the one to get it's the only one that comes with the invitation from the prince to the ball my daughter saw the commercial for it and there's an invitation to the ball and she got upset about every set we looked at because it has to have the invitation to the ball in it

For the daughters that are into Disney/Princess stuff this is a compromise to be able to be girlish but also train your brain putting together lego's. My daughters goes for anything Lego Friends and Lego Disney and lately even using her own head to create things. I guess use this as an entrance to get your daughter excited for lego's and then switch her to normal lego's. This comes from a single father that HATES playing with barby doll's but rather builts something with the beloved child.

I love pretty much any Lego set and this is no different. I bought this set as a Christmas present really really this year as it was on sale for about 20% off. The princess sets mini figures are similar to those from the friends sets rather than the traditional Lego mini figures. The first set that shipped to my house had a damaged box. I contacted Amazon and they had another one delivered within two days. It was great customer service and now we have a set waiting for Christmas. Overall, I think the princess Lego sets are great for little girls and it certainly has my daughter interested in Lego.

Bought this for my 3 year old princess, yeah, I know she's too young but I'm raising an 8 year old Lego fanatic so she just wants her own. What I did was to carefully build and glue with crazy glue the entire structure but didn't attached the little parts like furniture so she could play with them without losing the accessories, of course there where a lot ot tiny parts like the crown and lipstick that I'll keep for when she's older. It has worked so far...

This castle set is very detailed and really has been a hit with my grandkids. With saying that be prepared the first time you build it will take a long time. My granddaughter just turned six and did not have the attention to sit and build without help but it was fun to build and a great activity to do with her. Also it has plenty of stickers that need to be put on. We also bought the carriage set which is also very detailed but both will provide many years of play!

This looks awesome in its box! It will be a birthday present in a few days. I tremble wondering how carefully the girls who play with it will be when time comes to put it away. We are gifting a storage box along with it, in hopes they can dump the pieces into it until the next time they want to get it out. It was specially asked for by the birthday girl, above and beyond any of the other currently promoted themes for legos for girls.

My 4 year old wanted this set for her birthday but I couldn't find it anywhere locally. I ended up buying it right after her birthday through here anyways because I know how much she's wanted this specific set. She is a pretty experienced in lego and can build most of it herself but needs my help when she gets tired of building and wants to play. It's a cute set, definitely worth the high price point in comparison to the other castles. The bookcase turns to hide a secret key to unlock the tower which hides a secret treasure chest. My daughter loves finding the key and unlocking the chest. My only complaint is that it comes with a cat and dog as pets instead of the mice friends, maybe even her bird friends would make more sense.
