Does the job
Ordered these to connect up some of my gear to my new power conditioner, does exactly what it’s supposed to can’t fault it. It’s only a temporary solution for me but can’t see why you couldn’t just use these adapters permanently. Decent product and arrived quick.

Simple,seems well made for its intended purpose
Just a plug,shrouded male IEC to 13A UK mains socket , seems quite well made, connected to UPS enabling secure supply to old Arcam irdac allowing transfer of digital bitstream from IPad ( Prom Concert downloads) to a digital recorder Marantz PMD671 also fed from this secure supply. Both DAC and PMD are no longer made but seem to be available online for anyone interested

Only rated to 10 Amp - product description clearly states 13 Amp plug and socket
Fortunately I can make use of it for another job, but disappointed that it has a sticker on it stating max load 10 Amp. Please update product description so it's clearer to other buyers. Still good enough VFM.

Cheap and does the job
No complaints, it was cheap and it works fine. Build quality looks ok

Poor quality and unusable
I needed two to use with a UPS but Amazon minimum order is for three. Not to worry, I might well have a use in the future. In the event I could only use one because both of the others refused to accept normal three pin plugs. They both jammed on the earth pin; you could only get a plug into the socket by applying considerable force, which is clearly undesirable. Save your money, buy something else.
