Eufy for the Win Vs Dyson
Wow! Oh my goodness I LOVE this little vacuum! I purchased this on the recommendation of my neighbors because I was completely frustrated with my VERY EXPENSIVE Dyson Robot Vacuum that I was ready to toss in the garbage. I guess others dislike the Dyson as much as I do because now it's selling for half the price of what I had paid for it which is still four times what this little guy cost me. This Eufy is so very simple to operate. That's the beauty of it. No light sensors or lasers, just a motor and a bumper and a strong vacuum and a remote control for you to tell it what to do. It runs for quite a while doing a very efficient job of vacuuming the area I have driven it to. It is so easy to drive it to the room you want to clean using its remote versus the Dyson which drives itself from memory and often gets lost. It's not very noisy. My home is all hard flooring so it does a great job removing the fur and dust from my German Shepherd dogs of which there is plenty. This is a very solid unit and well made. Simplicity is the very best option for housekeeping. I especially wanted a robot vacuum to clean underneath my beds. I turn the Eufy loose in my bedroom and voila, in 20 minutes it has completed a thorough clean and I know it's working well because the dust bin is FULL and the filter is pretty dirty. It is very easy to empty and clean. I use a soft computer keyboard brush to clean both the bin as well as the filter. I simply turn it over and pull the hairs out of the rotor brush and wheels. This little guy is amazing!

LOVE IT!!! GREAT Vacuum!!!
Best $150 Ever!!! LOVE this little machine!!! We’ve been using the Eufy for about 3 months now and I’m in love with this product! We have sealed brick floors, two cats and a small dog and live in the desert. Between the dust and the pet hair this vacuum is a godsend. It makes its way through our home, sucking up hair and dirt and dust in ways. I didn’t think was possible by such an affordable machine. It makes its way around table legs under our couch along the walls in and out of rooms and returns home to its base!! So I started in the evening & wake up in the morning and it’s sitting already charged again, ready to go. It runs for about an hour. I’d say before returning to its base. Our house is very long and so the one thing I do is that I shut a couple of the doors that we don’t use a lot so that I can focus on the area as I want. Initially, I had it kind of in a hidden corner location in a small room, but that did not really work as well. I’ve now moved it in the kitchen where I wanted to focus its energy and things are going great. It returns every night to its recharging after cleaning the majority of the house. Because of the way, our house is laid out and the size I am considering getting another one just for the other end of our house. We bought this when our vacuum died and I haven’t needed to vacuum once since. I’d wanted to get one of these for a long time, but they were so expensive and we did not like the idea of entering a map to our home into a device that was on our Wi-Fi. I love that this does not connect to the Wi-Fi and all you have to do is just simply plug it in and push the power button and it will find its way around the house. I’ve watched it so many times and it does an incredible job Without needing to map our home. There have been a couple times I wanted it to specifically focus on one area and in that case, I simply blocked it from being able to leave or by shutting it in a room or just picking it up turning it around and putting it back. We are extremely happy with this little vacuum! I would buy it again in a minute, and I’m thinking about getting it as a Christmas present. I like that it alerts me if it does get stuck. There have been a couple of times it got lost before I found the right location to house the base, but none of this changes my mind about what a fabulous device it is! If you’re thinking about it, do!! Finally, the noise level is not an issue at all. We live in a very quiet place and it does not bother me at all… I’m just so happy it does such a good job. It makes my life easier!

Net win! House is cleaner because we own it
We have owned this robot vacuum from February 2025-Sept 2025. I think it is an excellent budget robot vacuum. My kods enjoyed bossing it around with the remote, I managed to set a scheduled vacuuming sometime in the middle of the night, and overall it does a pretty decent job. It gets up a LOT of stuff. I have 4 kids, we homeschool, and we believe in spending lots of time outside (which translates to lots of dirt getting tracked in). Let's be honest: no robot vacuum is going to solve my issues. *However*, every single time I run this guy (we've named him Felix), he gets up all sorts of stuff. I'm talking perler beads, rubber bands, pony beads, lego pieces, and SO much dust and dirt. He does get caught up on stuff. I put our cat's food and water on a 1/2" tall wooden tray in hopes that Felox would quit trying to get a snack and drink, but he was too rugged and would "jump the curb" to get him a piece. Strings, ribbons, pipe cleaners, and socks goon him up. He seems to find the weird places where the furniture is just *slightly* closer to the floor than anywhere else and wedges himself in there and gets stuck, crying out for help. I put things in front of the TV stand now to try and prevent sticking. Pros: - my house is cleaner after Felix does his thing - he doesnt get caught up on a lot (can go over rugs, mats, small toys, etc) - cheap - easy to clean/empty - replacement parts are readily available - not picky about placement on the charging station Cons: - gets stuck on socks/strings - gets stuck, so rarely makes it back to "base" to charge. I joke about putting a Tile (airtag for you apple folks) on him so I dont have to search for him - the one spinner is woefully bent out of shape, so I'm ordering replacements My husband made fun of me when we bought this because he knows how infrequently my house is picked up enough to run a robot vacuum. However, we've run Felix far more than I've had time to vacuum, and I count it as a net win that my house is cleaner on a more regular basis because he's around.

Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

Update, May 15, 2024: Today the new battery lasted 100 minutes. Update, May 8, 2024: I sent an email to the manufacturer explaining the battery situation and they sent me a new battery under warranty. Very poor manual because of very small illustrations which are not the same as on the robot, plus does not explain how to delete a setting. A fairly good robot though, cleans well but tends to remain in larger rooms, it starts in the living room of 1,500 sq.' apartment, manages to find the bedroom, but once it exits the bedroom it does not go back to finish the bedroom and washroom. My fix for this is to put it in the bedroom and close the door and let it run until it finishes the bedroom, then take it to the living room. It does not clean near the charging station. Very quiet, bumps very gently. When it is working beside you, you can still hold a conversation. It is very easy to clean the waste bin, roller, wheels and filter. I clean it and wipe off the machine each time I use it, which is twice a month. I find this vacuum very easy to use and clean. It usually runs for about 1.5 hours, then recharges. For $200.00 Canadian it is an okay value. It does not have the headaches and problems associated with programming using cell phones. I understand why manufacturers went that route, but it isn't good. TIPS: do one room at a time. The reason is that the robot learns the room and wastes less time learning multiple rooms. Give it plenty of time to fully recharge between uses. CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT after each use - remember to do the wheels, they pop out so easily.

Usage: large spaces, limited furniture, but varying surfaces (commercial carpet, high doormats, uneven wooden floor), plenty of foot traffic. We compared to a Shark robo vac (without mopping) and the eufy X10 Pro Omni beats the former in all of the categories below by a huge margin. Pros: easy to set up; mapping without issues, map editing intuitive, great app (quick to open, intuitive to use, plenty of videos are linked to the error messages and settings); powerful suction and mopping functionality; settings for spcaces are saved for the next time; operating pretty reliably over/around obstacles; doesn't fall down stairs and respects no-go zones; easy maintenance (again the in-context support videos are quickly accessible, so google-ing the instructions on the wild internet), super-responsive support by phone, chat, and email (I cannot stress this feature enough - they even sent us a a evaluation package of their proprietory cleaning solution when we asked whether it was right for our hardwood floors - which it prooved to be [shiny surface, just as nice as Murphy's, no lemon scent tough]). Cons: Can't think of any. I think this is as good as it gets in terms of AI powered vacs/mops. I find it does need supervision, though. For spaces with furniture, I think it requires prep if you are after a thorough (close to the edges) clean. You have to move the furniture away from the wall, temporarily move power cables out of the way, etc. and then put it all back together again. And I would like earlier warnings about a compromised brushroll (entangled) or dustbin. The little guy was acting oddly, but I couldn't figure out what was going on. So, there is some room for improvement. But now I know to just put 'vac maintenance' on my duty rotation sheet. Notes: It's not as fast as I would like (especially when vaccuming & mopping in one go, looking at the history it took 1 hour to clean 77 sm2 (829 sf, no carpets, just hardwood floor). As it can't do much more than that on a single full charge, I have taken to subdivide our large spaces so that the 'Auto-return Cleaning function' doesn't kick in at inopportune times. There are scheduling functions available that might improve my usage, but I am not there yet. Out of the box it's a bit chatty, which is not helpful as very hard to understand (by the time one has tuned into the voice and accent - the message is already over with and cannot(?) be repeated). And one last little thingi .... it goes quite close to the wall, which is great, but to do that it keeps bumping into the wall (and doors) which can be a little noisy. All in all: One of the few purchases that really made a difference and are a breeze to use. Highly recommended. Eufy rocks!

NO LO HE USADO PARA DERRAMES DE LÍQUIDOS, pero tampoco soy tan perezoso XD
