This product has met my expectations. I carefully read the reviews and decided to try it as I was in get pain from arthritis in my right hip. I honestly was one thought away from buying a cane and I even started to research hip replacement options. The pain was so severe that some days I would literally be in tears and started to become depressed because of my pain and limitation. Going to work everyday and walking up the stairs (train station) was a dreaded task. Also, I'm a dancing and I had to completely stop dancing because of the pain. The pain caused me to limp, but after about almost two weeks into the regime, I noticed a big difference. It has been about four weeks now and I am back to dancing, I'm not limping anymore and I'm almost 100% pain-free. I recently started taking tumeric in conjunction with this glucosamine and I feel this makes it even better. I referred this product to my sister who also suffers from the same condition, which is even worst than mine (she walks a cane). When she try this, I will up date this review on her behalf, because if it works for her, then I'm more than certain this product can assist and benefit in the worst cases of arthritis. I never miss a day of taking my two capsules. This product has given me new life.

I’ve tried a few different varieties of the Osteo Biflex product, but this is far superior. My knee joint pain is gone! I ran out of these pills for a few days and I started feeling pain in my knees when going down stairs again. Yes, there is a yellow, powdery residue on the pills and in the jar, but that is not a big deal. I pour 2 pills into my daily pill minder and never touch the pills. If I do touch a pill with my fingers, I just wash my hands afterward and the yellow residue is gone. Bottom line, these pills give me complete relief from my joint pain when Osteo Biflex did not.

I have been using this product for about 20 years and until about one year ago had no problem at all with it. It really helped my arthritic hands. However, the turmeric yellow coating is really gross. After handling the pill, my fingers are completely yellow and if I don’t scrub them everything I touch — Microwave, my clothing, etc — ends up with impossible to remove yellow stains. Unfortunately even though this has helped my arthritis I am going to have to look for another product without this horrible loose turmeric coating

I get this item all of time. It works as it should. I’ve never had a problem with it.

I got immediate relief for hip and knee joint pain from taking this + hyaluronic acid. Had pain going up stairs, and if I skip my dose, the pain is instantly back. As long as I take it... I'm good. I split the dose (two pills) into a morning and nighttime dose. The yellow turmeric powder does get on my hands, and anything else it touches, but it's not a problem for me and I want that benefit. It really made a difference the first day.

My husband and I are both prior fitness buffs. Sadly as time goes on, the body begins to show/feel the wear of all that working out. With that said, we both had tendinitis and substantial arthritis. We tried to buy an easy to access over the counter similar supplement, but felt the difference. I highly suggest this supplement and you must be consistent and take it daily. It works well but they are coated with a yellow dust. For weeks I noticed something was staining my clothes, my mouse, my cell phone. It took me a while to realize it’s these pills. Then I starting shaking them out of the jar and picking them up with a tissue. Still there is residue on the surface where I shake them out. I am going to try another brand and will buy these again if I can’t find another. Kind of a weird problem.
