Quite long about 10-12mm I think

Any idea how much weight 4 will hold up?

This depends on which substrate you’re fixing to ! and the distance between the metal fixings, if you’re going into chipboard and have eight inch centres between metal brackets it’s very strong and should hold saucepans ect quite well

Do these fit ikea wardrobes
