Great SS brazier. A little pricey but quality is great. Heavy bottom and overall build is solid.

Outstanding quality
Heavy based, takes time to heat up but maintains it. Food doesn’t stick easily. Have not tried rice yet. Can easily cook 2 kg meat and even some more.

Absolutely Love it! Great heat distribution, and holds heat well. The large volume and low profile design make it a very versatile tool. I’ve used it to make mozzarella on the stove top, and oven braised beef ribs for stew. It preformed wonderfully!

Overall good pot
I loved that the pot is wide and sturdy. It’s heavy enough that the food doesn’t stick to the bottom. However, this is what my pot looked like just after one use( I made rice) . I only used regular dawn dishwashing soap. It’s supposed to be stainless steel so I don’t know why it’s staining like this. Any recommendations?
