These pans need the heat on for a few minutes before you put anything in the pan as per the instructions. They are non stick, beautiful and hand wash only. I don't have a dishwasher so that it great with me, however due to wooden handles they are not suitable for dishwashing. Excellent product and I purchased other products from green pan following this purchase.

absolutely stunning little set of pots, I have used them once so far at there has been no tarnishing so far.I really love the colour as well, it brightens up my kitchen so nicely and I'm not trying to hide them away like I did with the Tefel black ones.the lids are really secure and I love the fact it's a handle and not a knob. Down side of this is that the lid handle does get quite hot as be sure to use a tea towel!definitely a solid 8/10 from me! but time will tell in the long run as I use my pots quite frequently

I like the pans from a non stick " healthy" point of view. I purchased them on the premise as being healthier regarding non teflon but wanting a non stick set.I have a ceramic hob and unless I start on high setting I find the pans are slow to heat?I would have preferred a steam release hole as another reviewer commented also. The lids rattle a bit due to this...Overall the quality of these pans, so far is very good. They look very nice and hand washing is not a problem for myself.

A hole in the lid is required to stop the knob becoming so hotAlso a coating on the wooden handleswould help re the washing of the pans. I was going return the pans but they really are high quality pans and look good.

I didn’t realise I could love a household object. These pans look good, feel good and, so far, seem to wash and wear well.

Wonderful pans, easy to cook with, really easy to clean and look good. Health benefits are reassuring - never use teflon again.

I like the pans but one has scratches on it I used them for cooking our meals my husband and I he is in his 80s I am early there I don’t like the steel handles inthe lids can cause a nasty burn if not using heat pads which I make can you please fotrswar d an address for me to post this item x

habe selbst lange überlegt, ob ich die Töpfe kaufe, nachdem mir das Pfannen-Set so gut gefiel ... wegen der Farbe, die hier im Angebot für mich eher pastellblau als pastellgrün wirkt - aber das ist vielleicht Foro- bzw. Monitor-abhängig ... also greenPan ist wie der Name schon sagt "green" ;-)
