Fiber One 70 Calorie Soft-Baked Bars, Birthday Cake, Snack Bars, 12 ct

The fiber content is amazing for the size. Fresh and good taste. This is excellent with your morning coffee.

The Birthday Cake flavor isn’t in the stores so I ordered a box from Amazon. The price is about the same as in the store for the other flavors so it’s a good deal. These bars are quite tasty. They are just moist enough and taste like cake frosting. I was a bit concerned about what the freshness date would be, but it is 21Aug25 so that’s fine. I only eat one in the morning and one in the afternoon as light snacks. They do help my digestion and the fiber seems to keep me regular. I can’t eat any more than that because to do so can really cause gas overnight. The box was delivered by Amazon Prime and it was in good shape. I will order more of the Birthday Cake Fiber One Bars.

I thought these were plenty moist. I've had other similar products from this brand, so I wasn't surprised by the slightly off-flavor (which you can almost always expect from low-sugar or sugar-free products) or sugar-replacement aftertaste. However, even being sensitive to overly sweet foods, I thought these were okay. They have an acceptable birthday cake flavor and soft texture, are low-calorie, and don't leave you craving sugar. My main goal with these was to eat them as a low-sugar alternative whenever I had sugar cravings, and they worked for that. They are not nutritionally dense at all, so they are still somewhat empty calories, and they are not super satisfying. But they taste decent enough and have helped me to eat less sugar when I crave something sweet after a meal. So for me they do the job. They are a nice addition to an otherwise boring lunch!

Great tasting and only 70 calories

These are really tasty, maybe a little sweet for a breakfast bar but if you eat them as a dessert or afternoon snack it's really good.

i put sickening in all caps because my god, just one of these little things had me disgusted with even thinking about sugary sweet foods. i could barely finish one of these and i had opened two since i didn’t have anything to eat in the day. that was mistake #1. mistake #2 was forcing myself to eat the second one even though i could barely finish the first one. they are SO. SWEET. it’s like eating an entire tub of store bought frosting straight out the jar or eating rainbow sprinkles by the spoonful. then you wash down your meal with a 2 liter jug of coke. i’m not exaggerating. this is how eating two of these cursed things felt in terms of sweetness level. i have no idea how the hell this level of disgustingly sweet is packed into one little bar. i could eat a dozen cupcakes or a gallon tub of ice cream if i let myself. i love sugar and sugary foods. but somehow after eating these i am disgusted with the mere thought of eating anything with sugar for the next 24 hours, all for the low cost of 140 calories and $4 for a box. me being stupid, i bought FOUR of these boxes because i love birthday cake flavored things and did not expect these to possibly be this unbearably sweet, and i couldn’t resist at $4 a box. 3 stars because nothing has ever swiftly curbed a sugar cravings. not even eating straight sugar would work to fix that for me. this did. on top of having only 70 calories a bar and a good amount of fiber is nice. and while the overpowering sweetness mutes out the birthday cake flavor for the most part, that whisper of cake flavor in the bar is nice.

The package size is convenient and for good price. tasty treat.
