Hard to find a multivitamin without A and D
My doctor cautioned me about Vitamin A toxicity since I get so much from my diet. (I eat tons of green and yellow vegetables.) It's easy to take the vitamin D separately. So happy I was able to find this multi. Thank you, Kirkman!

Great for someone with a fish allergy
I have a serious fish allergy and found that most Vitamin A is sourced from fish. This is a great option. I take flax oil for vitamin A and take Vitamin D supplement.

Good Multivitamin without A & D
For health reasons I cannot consume vitamin A and D. This product was the only one I can find without those vitamins, and provides the daily vitamins suggested by my physician.
