12 July 2021I have extremely harsh water. My faucet started getting calcium stains. If this happens to you, use a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft scrubbing brush (NOT WIRE), the water stains will disappear and your faucet will look good as new.--------------------INITIALSo first the faucet is not installed. The bathroom renovations are on going so I will have to update this once it is installed. The faucet is beautiful, sturdy, and truly worth the value. My contractor is extremely happy with the purchase and I am looking forward to the completed project.

The faucet is beautiful and fairly easy to install. Unfortunately, the product stopped funciono g properly after three months of use. Specifically, it now does not give any cold water. So, I’m washing my hands as quickly as possible with very hot water.I had a plumber come in and contacted my condo association engineers. The plumber verified that the cold water plumbing tube is free and clear of debris and the engineers verified the flow of water. So, I’m stuck with a defective product. I will have to replace it so that the water is a more comfortable temperature.

This faucet is of high quality and very nicely designed. It arrived on time, was well packaged and came with clear instructions (which were emailed in advance as well).

Bought 4 of it for my home revamp project.The brushed nickel finishing looks and feels really nice.Some have water flow issue, talked to the customer service and they told me it's because of the US water saving regulation, and suggested me to adjust by myself with detail instructions. It's not very easy but I was able to fix that. General speaking, I'd say a good product worth it value.

Looks great and very smooth to turn/off. Sink depth may make a difference but in ours it splashes too much.We never had a waterfall faucet so didn't really know if we would like it, but we liked the look.Wife, and I are in agreement... if we had it to do over again, we would pick a great looking faucet that had a downspout water direction.

The media could not be loaded. I find this waterfall faucet to be absolutely beautiful. It makes my bathroom vanity look so elegant. I highly recommend!

I purchased two of these they are very luxury!!!!! You can't beat the price for these very high quality can't wait to get these installed in my new home.
